1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website and using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

Swift Creations provides creative services including but not limited to:

• • Cloud projects and AWS solutions

3. Project Terms

3.1 Pricing and Payments

• • All prices are quoted in Kenyan Shillings (KES)
• • A 50% deposit is required to begin projects
• • Final payment is due upon project completion
• • Late payments may incur additional fees

3.2 Revisions

• • We include 3 rounds of revisions in our standard packages
• • Additional revisions may incur extra charges
• • Major scope changes may require a new quotation

4. Intellectual Property

All rights to final designs, code, and creative assets transfer to the client upon full payment. Swift Creations retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

• • Cancellations must be made in writing
• • Deposits are non-refundable after work has commenced
• • Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis

6. Limitation of Liability

Swift Creations shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific project.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya.
